Fees

I use a private billing service to provide my patients with a monthly billing/receipt statement for their services. I accept payment Cash/Check or electronically through Zelle.

Specific rates are discussed at our first consultation together. I work on a sliding scale for those folks unable to afford my full fee.

Insurance

My practice is not paneled in-network with insurance panels.

I often see clients out-of-network. I am happy to provide a monthly invoice which you can present to your insurance company or flex plan for reimbursement.

You are responsible for consulting with your insurance provider prior to services to ensure they are able to coverage for out -of-network services.
